Registered MBBS Graduates of MCI Recognized Colleges may apply for the admission* to 3 Year MD/MS and 2 Year Diploma PG Courses Academic Year 2013 - 2014.

15% of seats will be filled by NRI / NRI sponsored students.

Application form can be obtained from college office by paying the application fee of Rs 3000/- cash or DD drawn in favour of “Charutar Arogya Mandal”, payable at any Nationalized bank, Anand, Gujarat (Cheques will not be accepted). Any person wishing to apply under two categories (viz, “SP University + NRI” or “Other University + NRI”) need to fill only one form with an additional fee of Rs 2000/- (i.e total application fee amounting to 5000/-). It can also be downloaded from the website. Application form can be obtained by Post with an additional postage charge of Rs. 50/-. Details of the courses offered and its recognition status is available on the website and in the Prospectus.

The CBSE has received many applications from JEE (Main)-2013 aspirants after the last date (15.12.2012) to extend the last date for filling up of online application form which they could not fill up due to various reasons. In view of it being the first examination for JEE(Main) to be held in 2013 , the last date for filling up of online application form has been extended up to 24th December 2012.

The date for filling up of application for JEE (Main)-2013 shall not be extended any further.

It is further informed that the duly filled in confirmation page, along with the Demand Draft (if the fee is paid through Demand Draft) must be sent by registered /speed post only to the JEE(Main) Secretariat so as to reach on or before 31st December 2012. The confirmation page received thereafter will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1 The result wil be declared on 26/ 12/ 2012 on the University website (www.dauniv.ac.in) and a copy of the result will also be placed on the notice board of the concern department on the same day.

2 The selected candidates will be required to deposit a fee of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand only) through challan, latest by 8th January, 2013. The challan may be collected from the concern department. The tentative date for the start of course work is 15/01/2013.

3 The student who have registered/ awarded Ph.D. degree between 01/06/2009 and 31/11/2011 and wish to join for course work will be reqired to apply on the prescribed form alongwith a demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only), payable in favoure of the Registrar, DAVV, Indore, latest by 5th Jan 2013, in the respective departments where he/she wishes to do the course work.

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Annual Convocation for conferment of degrees and diplomas on the candidates will be held at Sir Cowasjee Jehanghier Hall (Convocation Hall) of the University, Fort, Mumbai — 400 032, on Sunday, 30th December, 2012, at 11.00 a.m. The Live Webcasting of the said programme will be made available on the University Web-site (www.mu.ac.in).

The degree/diploma certificates of the candidates who have passed in the First half and Second half of 2012 shall be sent to their respective colleges from where they had graduated themselves and the distribution of the same will be made their itself.

The degree and diploma certificates of the Candidates who have passed their examinations on or before the day of Convocation, i.e. 30th December, 2012, or prior to 2012 examinations and similarly, in the process of the revaluation and after amendment of the result for various reasons such as RLE,RR etc. will be dispatched to them either by registered post at the addresses as mentioned on their examinations/Convocation forms or will be distributed from their respective Colleges/Institutes, the same will be announced on the web site (www.mu.ac.in) which may please be noted.
