Convocation Notice 2012
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Annual Convocation for conferment of degrees and diplomas on the candidates will be held at Sir Cowasjee Jehanghier Hall (Convocation Hall) of the University, Fort, Mumbai — 400 032, on Sunday, 30th December, 2012, at 11.00 a.m. The Live Webcasting of the said programme will be made available on the University Web-site (www.mu.ac.in).
The degree/diploma certificates of the candidates who have passed in the First half and Second half of 2012 shall be sent to their respective colleges from where they had graduated themselves and the distribution of the same will be made their itself.
The degree and diploma certificates of the Candidates who have passed their examinations on or before the day of Convocation, i.e. 30th December, 2012, or prior to 2012 examinations and similarly, in the process of the revaluation and after amendment of the result for various reasons such as RLE,RR etc. will be dispatched to them either by registered post at the addresses as mentioned on their examinations/Convocation forms or will be distributed from their respective Colleges/Institutes, the same will be announced on the web site (www.mu.ac.in) which may please be noted.
List of available degree/diploma certificates with Convocation numbers of the candidates will be made available on Website of the University i.e., (www.mutac.in) Candidates can see the list and note down their Convocation numbers to produce at their colleges so that the college staff can search their certificates easily and distribute to the students concerned.
