Applications are invited for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BPT Courses in Private Self Financing Medical/Dental/Ayurvedic/Homeopathic & Physiotherapy Colleges of Haryana as per the following schedule:
Availability of application forms : 26.06.2012 onwards
Last date for receipt of application forms : 09.07.2012 (upto 5.00PM)
Date of Entrance Examination at Rohtak : 15.07.2012(Sunday)
The Prospectus containing eligibility conditions, application form and OMR form can be obtained from the office of Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, HDFC Bank, Near D-Park, Model Town, Rohtak & also from concerned Private Colleges on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- w.e.f. 26.06.2012.
The application form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 09.07.2012 upto 05:00PM. The applications received late shall be rejected.
