How to apply: Application forms alongwith prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Examinations , Tezpur University by paying Rs. 500/-( Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST) in cash or (ii) from the designated branches of Punjab National Bank at Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Guwahati (Fancy Bazaar), Tezpur, Imphal, Shillong and Siliguri by paying Rs. 510/- ( Rs 260/- for SC/ ST) only in cash or (iii) by sending a request to the Controller of Examinations, Tezpur University, P.O.- Napaam, Tezpur, PIN- 784028, Assam with a bank draft of Rs. 560/- ( Rs 310/- for SC/ST) only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur and a self addressed unstamped envelop of size 30cm x 25cm or (iv) by down loading from Tezpur University web-site. Downloaded application form must be accompanied by a Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST) only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur.

(i) Issue of TU prospectus with application form : October 25, 2010 to November 25, 2010
(ii) Last date of submission of application form : December 2, 2010
