Admission Notice for Master of Computer Application MCA for Session 2009-12
Eligibility for admission: Candidates who have passed BCA/BA/B.Sc/B.Com TDC Examinations with at least 45 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized University and having previously passed the H.S. (+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/ Council with Mathematics shall be eligible for admission to the MCA programme. A relaxation of 5% of marks is allowed for SC/ST/OBC and Physically handicapped candidates.
Procedure for admission: The interested candidates are required to download Prospectus–cum–Application form from the Tripura University website: www.tripurauniversity.in. In case of any difficulty, the application form only may be collected free of cost from the office of the Hony. Director, Directorate of Professional Studies (DPS), Tripura University, Suryamaninagar-799130 befor the last date of submission.
The completed application form, along with relevant documents and an A/C payee Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- from any branch of State Bank of India drawn in favour of “Directorate of Professional Studies, Tripura University” payable at State Bank of India, Tripura University Campus Branch (Code No.: 10495), may be submitted through Registered Post/ Speed Post/ In Person within the last date of submission of application form as notified in advertisement to the following address:

Instead of an A/C payee Demand Draft any candidate can attach a copy of the Bank Challan (A/C No. 10333227475) with his/ her completed Application form at the time of submission after depositing Rs. 150/- to the counter of State Bank of India, Tripura University Campus Branch, Suryamaninagar. The Bank Challan shall be available at the above mentioned office. The candidate who will submit his/ her completed application form through post must attach a self addressed envelope (21cm X 27cm) affixed with a postal stamp of Rs. 25/- to receive acknowledgment cum Admit Card.
