Admission Notification for BE Programme 2009 at Jaipur Centre
Applications are invited for admission to 4-year (8-semester) Bachelor of Engineering Programme of the Institute at Jaipur Campus for the session 2009-2010 in the disciplines of:
Electronics & Communication Engineering – 60 Seats
Computer Science – 60 Seats
Eligibility:
1. Pass in all subjects of Class XII / I. Sc. or equivalent examination with at least 70 % marks in aggregate (60 % for SC/ST)
2. At least 65 % in Class X (60 % for SC/ST)
3. Valid Rank in AIEEE – 2009
Age Limit: 21 years as on 1.10. 2009 (26 years for SC/ST candidates)
Reservations: 50 % seats are reserved for candidates from the state of Rajasthan, 10 seats are reserved for girl candidates and 20 seats for candidates from other states in each discipline. Other statutory reservations are as applicable.
How to apply: Prescribed application form can be obtained over the counter of BIT Jaipur Campus from June 08, 2009 on payment of Rs. 800/- by crossed Demand Draft in favour of ‘Birla Institute of Technology’, payable at Jaipur. Postal requests for application form must reach office of the undersigned with crossed DD for Rs. 900/- as details given above latest by June 20, 2009. All completed applications should be submitted to the office of Director, BIT Jaipur Campus latest by June 30, 2009 along with the following ;
1. Crossed DD for Rs. 1,000/- in favour of ‘ Birla Institute of Technology’, payable at Jaipur
2. Photocopies of :
a. Marksheets of X and XII Class
b. AIEEE –2009 Rank & Score Card
c. Caste certificate where applicable
