Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into 1st year of MD ( Ayurveda) MD( Unani), MD(Homoeo) MPT(No Entrance Test), M.Sc.,(Medical) Post Graduate Degree Courses available in the colleges affiliated to University for the academic year 2009-10.
Sale of application Forms: Application forms along with prospectus governing the admissions can be obtained in person as per the schedule given below at the following centers by paying Rs.600/-(Rs.450/- for SC/ST category candidates) by way of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized Bank on or after 15-05-2009 in favour of the Registrar Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada .

The applications and prospectus can also be obtained by post from the Office of the Registrar Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada – 520 008 by submitting a written requisition duly enclosing a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.650/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST category candidates) drawn not earlier than 15-05-2009 on any nationalized bank in favour of Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
Requests for supply of application forms by post should be accompanied by a written requisition specifying the name of the course and social status. The candidates shall also clearly type or write on the back of the Demand Draft the name of the candidate, course and social status i.e., OC, BC,SC,ST. Those application forms obtained with cost of Rs. 450/- or Rs. 500/- shall not be considered for otherthan SC,ST category candidates.
The last date for submission of filled in application form is on or before 06-06-2009 up to 5.00 P.M at the centers mentioned on application form. Any application form received after the last date and incomplete applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
