Degrees will be conferred on the students who complete all academic requirements for award of such degrees between the last (10th) Convocation and the forthcoming (11th)

Convocation Degree certificates will be distributed during convocation only to those students who submit necessary No Dues certificates.

Tentative date for rehearsal is fixed on 28th May 2009. There will be two rehearsals on 28th May 2009, and therefore the participants must be present in the IITG campus by the morning of 28th May 2009. Rehearsals are mandatory for all students who wish to receive degrees (in person) during the convocation session. Students not attending rehearsals will not be able to receive degrees during convocation session

Eligible students desiring to participate in the convocation and the students of earlier batches who have already passed out {i.e. who completed programmes after 10th Convocation,held on 23rd May 2008], must confirm participation by sending an e-mail to acadoff@iitg.ernet.in , indicating their Roll Numbers, names, departments, programmes correctly, latest by 8th May 2009.

Accommodation:

For booking hostel rooms, especially by the already pass out students, they may please contact Chairman, Hostel Affairs Board (e-mail: haboff@iitg.ernet.in) and can have the necessary details.
