M.Tech (Sequential) will be conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University in summer from 1st June, 09 to 31st July, 09 at two places for degree and diploma teachers of this state and on vacancy of certain number of seats the candidate can be admitted from other state on request from head of institution of concerns state:-

The following courses will be conducted in 2009 summer:-

1- Electronic digital Communication
- 30 seats
2- Computer Science and Engineering- 30 seats
3- Mechanical Engineering- 30 seats

The intake will be limited to only 30 working teachers on recommendation of the Director / Principal for individual teacher of the concern institution in each course. The drop out in the middle of the course on request will be considered vacant and no substitute will be filled in place of vacancy. The fee will be Rs 30000/- per semester which can be refunded if the candidate did not attend from beginning of semester classes. This amount will include lodging and fooding in the hostel provided on the venue of the course. The fees will be paid by the candidate by demand draft in favour of Finance Officer, Uttarakhand Technical University, payable at Dehradun. Drop out candidate can avail the opportunity in next semester without payment of fees but refund of fees will not be a provision since engagement of teacher for teaching in the semester has been done on the basis of application of the candidate received. If the number of applications received are more then the intake a suitable criterion will be followed to regret the admission for particular semester. The criterion will be based on merit and experience of the teacher. Preference will be given to UTU affiliated institution followed by Polytechnic teachers over others. Reservation will be followed as existing in Govt. Institution for different categories.
