Entrance Tests for admission: 2009-2010
The University will hold Entrance Test for admission to various courses in the Teaching Departments/Institutes and its affiliated colleges, for the session 2009-2010 as under:
(1) MD/MS (for admission at Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh
Proposed Dates: 28.01.2009 (Prospectus will be available in 3rd week of December, 2008)
(2) Management Entrance Test (MET) for admission to MBA in Ret. Mgt. Banking & Ins. Telcom & IT, Infrast Mgt., Pharma Mgt and Hospital Mgt at UIAMS
Proposed Dates: 22.03.2009 (Prospectus will be available in 1st week of January 2009)
(3) CET (for admission to first year of MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Pharma, BSc Hons School and BA LLB (Hons)
Proposed Dates: 17.05.2009 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of March 2009)
(4) OCET (LLB, LLM, MCA, ME(IT, Elec & Comm, CSE), MTech (Inst. Micro, Nano Sci. ) MBA (Exe), MBE, MBACIT, MCom (E-Comm) BP.Ed. MP Ed. MSc (Hons School /2 year course, MA Journalism and MA English

(5) B.Ed./M.Ed. (Correspondence) M.Ed. (Regular affiliated colleges and Dept. of Edu. PU) B.Ed* (Regular for Chandigarh Colleges)

(6) Ph.D./M.Phil
Proposed Dates: 12.07.2009 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of may 2009)
(7) PULEET (Lateral Engineering Entrance Test)
Proposed Dates: 02.08.2009 (Prospectus will be available in 2nd week of June 2009
