1. Candidate has to report in the college auditorium on the day(s) of counselling at 9 am sharp in person with all the original documents and fee has to be paid (Cash/DD in favour of Director,Guru Nanak Dev Engg. College, Ludhiana) on the spot(Rs. 51690/- appx.)
2. Hostel will be alloted subject to availability.
3. Hostel charges for Boys will be Rs. 12450/- per Semester and for Girls will be Rs.10620/- per Semester.
4. The waiting list of the candidates who actually mark their attendance on 05-08-2013 and 06-08-2013 will be made subject to filling of waiting list proforma by the candidates and will be used for seat filling during subsequent counselling on 12-08-2013. The intimation for the same will be available on the college website on 11-08-2013.
