Seventh Annual Convocation
You will be glad to learn that the Seventh Annual Convocation of Chitkara campus (Punjab) will be held on December 22, 2012 (Saturday) at 11:30 AM. The convocation is an important event in the life of every student - the outcome of your many years of perseverance and hard work. To make this important occasion memorable, your presence is required on the said date. Dignitaries of eminence will be there to honour you and confer degrees.
The rehearsal of the convocation will be held on December 22 itself at 09:00 AM sharp. The attendance on the rehearsal is mandatory and you will be required to collect your gown at the time of rehearsal. In case you do not attend the rehearsal in the morning, the degree will not be awarded during the convocation ceremony.
