P.G.Diploma In Bio-Informatics Course
Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission to Post-Graduate Diploma (Vocational) Course in Bio-informatics must have acquired the graduation degree in Science, Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bio-chemistry from a University as is established by law or an equivalent degree thereto as is recognized by Patna University, with atleast 45% marks at the graduation level.
Number of Seats: Number of seats in Post-Graduate Diploma (Vocational) Course in Bio-informatics shall be a maximum of 50 only; of which 5 seats may be reserved for NRI (Non-Resident Indian) candidates provided they agree to pay fee and other levies to the University in foreign exchange, as is determined by the University from time to time; provided that such fees and levis shall not be less than one and a half times of the fees and levis to be charged from Indian students.
The applicant will be required to apply in the prescribed application form also available on the website www.patnauniversity.ac.in and www.pucc.bih.nic.in. It has to be submitted to the Officer Incharge/Course Coordinator, Patna University Computer Centre, Patna University, Patna 800 005 on or before the due date. The application form and the prospectus can be obtained either from the Computer Centre on submission of a Bank Draft for Rs. 1000/- payable to the “Officer Incharge, Patna University Computer Centre” on any working day from 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. as per notification or from the website. No additional fee for entrance test will be charged.
