Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), 2011

As authorized by the Govt. of Assam, the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), 2011 for admission to First Year MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BE and B.Tech Courses in the Colleges of the State of Assam will be conducted by the Dibrugarh University. The Examination will be held on 21st and 22nd May, 2011 in the Centres as given in the Information Brochure.

Information Brochure and Admission Forms will be available from 27th April, 2011 to 3rd May, 2011 in the Post Offices at : Barpeta Town / Biswanath Charali / Bongaigaon / Mukhya Dak Ghar-Dhemaji / Dhubri / Diphu / Dispur / Mukhya Dak Ghar-Duliajan / Goalpara / Golaghat / GPO (Meghdoot Bhawan) Panbazar,Guwahati / Gauhati University / Haflong / Hailakandi / Jorhat / Karimganj / Kokrajhar / Mangaldoi / Nagaon / Nalbari / Noonmati,Guwahati / North Lakhimpur / Sibsagar / Silchar / Tezpur / Tinsukia / Ulubari,Guwahati. In Dibrugarh, Forms will be available at Head Post Office, Dibrugarh and Dibrugarh University Post Office. Completed Application Forms will be received from 27th April to 4th May, 2011 at the above mentioned Post Offices by paying Rs. 40.00 (Rupees forty) only.

No Application Form will be issued from or received at the Dibrugarh University

Undergraduate Courses 2011 - 12

The University of Delhi has simplified the procedure for admission to its all colleges from the academic session 2011-12. The students will not be required to fill in the Centralized OMR Admission Form or Pre-admission forms of the colleges. The University will announce cut off percentages for all colleges and subjects. Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria and fall in the cut-offs announced, may approach the college of their choice directly with all the relevant papers for admission in the course and college of their choice. The dates for the release of the various cut off lists will be announced in due course. The first list is likely to be after June 15. Students can study the University Bulletin, College Prospectus or websites for further details.

Students wishing to be considered for admission under Extracurricular or Sports categories will have to apply to the colleges with copies of relevant certificates. Sports admission will be done after centralised testing by the University.
