Obtain Form with MAT Bulletin/CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed Study Centres of AIMA OR against cash payment of Rs 1050/- (One thousand fifty only) from AIMA, New Delhi.


Obtain crossed Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1050/- (One thousand fifty only) in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. Register online at website alongwith the DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

Govt. of Maharashtra shall conduct a single Combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET-2011 for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses for the academic year 2011-2012. The Entrance Test will be held on Thursday, 12th May 2011. Govt. of Maharashtra has appointed Director, Medical Education and Research, Mumbai as “The Competent Authority for the MHT-CET-2011”. The merit list of the above said examination will be utilized for admission in:

1) Govt./Municipal Corp./ Govt. Aided Colleges and Unaided Private Colleges (who have given consent to participate in MHT-CET-2011) of Health Sciences degree courses.

2) Govt. / Govt. Aided/University Managed Colleges / University Departments / Autonomous Colleges including ICT, Mumbai and Unaided Private Colleges (who have given consent to participate in MHT-CET-2011) of Engineering & Pharmacy degree courses

3) BVSc & AH degree course.

The qualifying Examination for appearing at MHT-CET-2011 is HSC (12th Std.) or equivalent examination with the conditions for eligibility as defined in the respective brochure(s). Maharashtra State candidates appearing for HSC (12th Std.) or equivalent examination or who have passed their qualifying examination earlier i.e. 2010 or before and desire to appear for the MHT- CET 2011 will receive their application form from their respective Jr. College / School ( from where they have passed / appearing qualifying examination).

Fulbright-Nehru Master's Fellowships for Leadership Development

The Fulbright-Nehru Master's Fellowships for Leadership Development are designed for outstanding young Indians to pursue a master's degree program at selected U.S. colleges and universities in the areas of Arts and Culture Management including Heritage Conservation and Museum Studies, Communication Studies, Conflict Resolution, Economics, Environment, Public Administration, Urban and Regional Planning, and Women's Studies.

Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the General Prerequisites, the applicants should:

have completed an equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university with at least 55% marks. Applicants should either possess a four-year bachelor's degree or a completed master's degree, if the bachelor's degree is of less than four years' duration;

have at least three years' full time (paid or voluntary) professional or work experience relevant to their proposed field of study;

demonstrate experience in leadership and community service;

should not have another degree from a U.S. university or be enrolled in a US degree program; and

preferably be in the age group of 25-30 years.

September 2011 USIEF notifies finalists and alternates that they are recommended and they then take tests (TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/TSE)

October 2011 USIEF forwards applications of recommended candidates to the US for Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board (FSB) approval and placement

March-April 2012 USIEF notifies finalists

May-June 2012 Pre-Departure Orientation

July-August 2012 Pre-academic training in the US (if required)

August-September 2012 Degree programs begin

Convocation 2011

The convocation is scheduled on 26th April, 2011 at IITTM, Govindpuri Gwalior – 474011 (M.P.).

1. The First Convocation of the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management for conferring Post Graduate Diploma to the successful candidates of 2007-2009 and 2008-10 batches of all centers at IITTM, Gwalior on 26th April 2011. Students of these batches are cordially invited to attend the convocation to receive the Diploma.

2. You are required to report at the ‘Registration Desk’ located in the Administrative Building, IITTM, Gwalior at 14:00 hrs. on 25th April 2011 i.e. one day advance of convocation.

3. There will be a full dress rehearsal for diploma recipients on 25th April, 2011 i.e. one day advance before convocation function at 15.00 hrs in the Convocation Hall. In case a diploma recipient does not attend rehearsal he/she will not be allowed to take the diploma at the Convocation function.

4. The representative of the Agency providing Dress/gown will be present at the Reception Counter on one day advance before convocation day from 14:00 hrs. An amount of Rs. 2000.00 (refundable) as security deposit shall be charged from you by the agency at the time of issue of gown and hood, the security money will be refunded soon after the gown and the hood are returned to them after the Convocation function is over. No candidate will be admitted to the Convocation Hall, who is not in proper academic robe prescribed by the Institute.

5. In case you are unable to attend the Convocation, your diploma may be sent to you after the convocation by post on receipt of a written request from you giving at mailing address and on submitting the required dues / documents, payment of outstanding dues if any and a fee of Rs. 2000/- by bank draft in favour of the Director, IITTM payable at Gwalior.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Convocation.

7. Please take your seat at convocation hall by 10.00 A.M. on Convocation Day.
