Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers the Online Post Graduate Diploma in E-Learning (PGDEL) from January 2012 through its Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE). The objectives of the programme are to develop human resource capabilities in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating elearning programmes. The programme consists of five courses with a total credit weight of 24 credits, including a Project Work of 8 credits.
Duration: 1 year (minimum); 2 years (maximum).

Eligibility: The eligibility for PGDEL is graduation in any discipline. Preference shall be given to higher degree holders. See Programme Details in the website.
