The nominations are hereby invited for the Life Time Achievement Award 2011 from the Alumini of this Institution (Govt. Agriculture College/U.P. Institute of Agricultural Sciences/C.S.Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur) on prescribed proforma obtainable from Associations Office.Proforma can also be down loaded from the website, www.csauk.ac.in
(i) The award shall be given to an alumnus of this intuitions for his/her out standing contributions in the field of education, research, extension and public life etc.
(ii) Alumni aged not below 60 years as on 30.6.2011
(iii) The award shall comprise a citation, medal and Robe of Honour. The completed nominations should reach the undersigned on or before the last date July 31th 2011.
