Paper 1 - 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon
Paper 2 - 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria application form and OMR form can be obtained from HDFC Bank, Near D-Park, Model Town Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/BC of Haryana) w.e.f 28.04.2011
Request for prospectus through registered post must be received in the office of Controller of Finance Pt. BD Sharma University of Health, Rohtak on or before 09.05.2011 by sending a demand draft of Rs. 2050/- (Rs.550/- for SC/BC of Haryana) drawn in favour of "Controller of Finance, Pt B.D. Sharam University of Helth Sciences, Rohtak" payable at State Bank of India, Pt. B.D Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak (Code 4735) falling the request will not be entertained.
The Application Form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examination Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 18th May 2011, up to 5 pm
