The Academic Internship Program (AIP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) provides an opportunity for young and qualified professionals to gain teaching and research skills by working closely with the faculty.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Management, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or other relevant discipline. Bachelor degree holders in Engineering with at least two years of work experience will be considered too.
Stipend: An all-inclusive monthly stipend ranging between Rs. 13,000/- and Rs. 20,000/- pm. depending on qualifications and experience and HRA Rs. 3,000/- pm.
Other benefits: Reimbursement of Insurance premium paid for self under specified health Insurance schemes upto Rs. 50,000/-.
Duration of the assignment: Upto two years. If enrolled for Ph.D. extension beyond 3 years, upon strong recommendation from Area Chair of good performance.
