44th Annual Convocation
The 44th Annual Convocation of Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University for conferring degrees is proposed to be held in the last week of May, 2011 at the University Auditorium, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The exact date and time of the convocation will be notified later. All the UG & PG candidates who have qualified themselves for the award of degrees during the period from 01-05-2010 to 31-03-2011 [ 01-04-2010 to 31-03-2011 in case of B. Tech. (Ag. Engg.) ] are eligible for admission into this convocation.
Applications for admission to the degree should be made in the prescribed form and sent together with the receipt of the prescribed fee so as to reach the Registrar, Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad - 500 030 not later than 30-4-2011. Application forms for the purpose can be obtained from the University Office or in its constituent colleges from 6-4-2011 on a requisition made in person by paying the required fee. There are separate application forms for the award of degree ‘In-person, or ‘In-absentia’. Therefore while applying for the form, candidates should specify the degree for which they intend to apply and state whether they intend to take the degree ‘In-person’ or In-absentia’ by paying Rs.800/- and Rs.900/- respectively. Candidates seeking their degrees In-person’ should be present invariable at the convocation to receive them.
