1. The candidates as per list enclosed ( Annexure-I ) will be admitted to various Degrees at XXXI Annual Convocation of the PGIMER, Chandigarh to be held on Friday the 4th February, 2011 in the Bhargava Auditorium of the Institute. The candidates whose names appear in the list at Annexure-II will be awarded Medals at the Convocation.
2. A compulsory full dress rehearsal for the function will be held on Thursday the 3rd February, 2011 at 11.00 A.M. sharp in the Bhargava Auditorium of the PGIMER, Chandigarh. All the Candidates desirous of receiving the Degrees/Medals in person, are required to be present at the Convocation and rehearsal on the dates, time and place mentioned above. Those who do not attend the rehearsal will not be admitted to the Convocation.
3. The recipients of degrees/medals will attend the function in academic gowns. The gowns will be available at the counter in Zakir Hall on 3rd February, 2011.
