Prospectus - cum - application form can be be obtained from the University during working hours on payment o Rs. 2500/- (in the case of MD/MS/PG Diploma) and Rs. 2000/- (in case of MDS) or can be downloaded from the University website which should be accompanied by a DD of the same amount or can be obtained by post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 2550/- & Rs. 2050/- respectively
