Date of Examination April 9, 2011 (Saturday)
Eligibility:
Only those candidates who did not cross the age of 30 years as on 31 December 2011 are eligible to apply. Date of birth as recorded in the 10th standard / school leaving certificate will be taken as authentic.
A candidate, who holds BDS degree from a recognized Dental college and has obtained registration from any of the state Dental Council, shall be eligible to appear for this examination.
Failure to produce Registration certificate as above may lead to cancellation of admission and in such an event the candidate will be responsible to pay the Institution all the losses the Institution may suffer on account of such cancellation
"Prospectus and Application forms will be available from the branches of Dhanalaxmi Bank and Federal Bank from 28 February 2011".
Cost of application form : Rs. 1500/-
From the Office by Speed post/Courier : Rs. 1570/-
Download from the site and submit along with a DD for Rs. 1500/-
DD to be drawn in the name of AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM, PAYABLE AT KOCHI.
