Applications for admission to 5 years Law Course in The Law School, University of Jammu, Jammu for the Academic session 2010-11 are invited from the candidates who have passed/appeared in 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline of J&K Board of Secondary Education or an examination of any other Board/University recognized as equivalent thereto, with not less than 45% marks (40% marks in case of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe candidates) as per the following schedule:-

1. Sale of Information Brochure w.e.f 14-05-10 to 10-06-10

2. Sale of Information Brochure with late fee of Rs. 100/- Upto 14-06-10

3. Last date for the receipt of application forms complete in all respects. 15-06-10

4. Last date for the receipt of application forms with late fee of Rs. 100/- 17-06-10

5. Date of issuance of Admit Cards for Entrance Test 18-06-10 to 19-06-10

6. Date of Entrance Test 20-06-10 (Sunday 10 a.m) Reporting Time 9 a.m.

The Admission Brochure shall be available from the office of The Law School, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The cost of Information Brochure / Application form is Rs. 500/- in the shape of Bank Draft favouring Director, The Law School, University of Jammu. Outstation candidates can send their request for Form to the Director, The Law School, University of Jammu-180006 along with the requisite Bank Draft and one self addressed envelope of size 19x27 cms duly affixed with the stamps of Rs. 50/-. The Admit Cards for Entrance Test are to be collected personally or through duly authorized person from the office of The Law School.

A candidate seeking admission against the Payment Seat shall have to declare his/her intention in the appropriate column in the application form and deposit an additional fee of Rs. 500/- in the shape of DD in favour of Director, The Law School payable at Jammu and if selected, shall have to deposit Rs. 1.50 lac at the time of admission in The Law School, besides the normal Fee/Charges for the course.
