UIET, P.U. has created a record in the region by placing 187 students in the prestigious company Infosys
In this time of recession where companies are reluctant to visit the campuses, UIET, P.U. has created a record in the region by placing 187 students in the prestigious company Infosys. The campus placements were held in UIET Campus on 20th and 21st December 2009. The company officials from Infosys called this a remarkable performance of the UIET students and appreciated the knowledge and communication skills of the students.
With the start of placement session UIET has already placed 200 students in prestigious companies like Infosys, Grail Research, Nagarro Software, UB Group and ISMT. The companies that have visited UIET appreciated the infrastructure and environment created for the students. A number of good companies are likely to visit UIET in the coming semester starting from January 2010 for placements of more students according to the Director, UIET, P.U.
