Ph.D. Entrance Examination 2010
University of Pune will conduct Ph.D. Entrance Examination. Application form is required to submit online available at the University website.
Ph.D. Entrance Examination consists of two papers.
Paper-I General Paper, Date of Examination : 14th February, 2010.
List of Qualified Candidates in Paper-I will be displayed on the University website by 17/2/2010.
Paper-II : Subject Paper of the candidate.
Candidates qualified in Paper-I are only eligible to appear for Paper-II
Date of Examination for Paper-II : 21st February, 2010 for basic subjects. For interdisciplinary subjects date would be 22nd and 23rd February, 2010. Date of Acceptance of online application will be from 15th January, 2010 to 25th January, 2010 till 6.00 p.m.
Hard copy of the application alongwith the necessary documents and demand draft of the prescribed fees (Non refundable) from any Nationalised Bank drawn in the name of Registrar, University of Pune on the service branch at Pune should reach to the Deputy Registrar , SET Examination, University of Pune, Ganeshkhind, Pune-411007 on or before 31st January, 2010.
Eligibility:
1) 50% Marks or equivalent grade in Master’s Degree from a recognized University.
2) 5% relaxation for reserved category students.
