COUNSELLING FOR THE EXISTING VACANT SEATS ON CET-09/AIEEE-09 MERIT BASIS
PTU will hold joint Counselling for admission on CET-09/AIEEE-09 merit basis to existing vacant seats for 1st year B.Tech. / B. Pharma courses of all colleges affiliated to PTU Jalandhar, GNDU Amritsar, PAU Ludhiana and Punjabi University, Patiala with effect from 07.09.09 (Monday).
The interested candidates should register themselves online at www.ptu.ac.in from 02.09.2009 (9 a.m.) upto 04.09.2009 (5:00 pm). The Counselling Schedule will be available on 05.09.2009 at www.ptu.ac.in and will be published in the press on 06.09.2009 which will include the cut off date for CET/AIEEE-09 merit based Counselling. After that if any seat(s) remain unfilled the admission shall be made by the PTU on the basis of the qualifying examinations for all the Colleges/Institutes affiliated to all the four participating Universities.
The details of existing vacant seats in various disciplines/courses in all Colleges/Institutes of all the four participating Universities, is now available on www.ptu.ac.in.Candidates should bring their certificates at the time of counselling. This Counselling is in pursuance to the orders of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
