Four-Semester Full Time PG Courses in Engineering, Technology and Town & Regional Planning 2009-10
Applications are invited for admission to the following full time 4-semester Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Town & Regional Planning (MTRP) and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) courses at Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur for the session 2009-10
(1) Master of Engineering in Engineering Mechanics
(2) Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering
(3) Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering
(4) Master of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
(5) Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
(6) Master of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering
(7) Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering
(8) Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering
(9) Master of Town and Regional Planning
(10) M.Tech in VLSI Design
(11) M.Tech in Mechatronics
(12) Master of Technology in Materials Engineering
(13) Master of Engineering in Information Technology
How To Apply: Applications are to be submitted in prescribed forms available in person from the University Information Counter, on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs.550/- in case by post) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Registrar, Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur” payable at Kolkata, between 10-30 a.m. and 1-30 p.m. on all working days from 6th April, 2009 onwards. The duly filled in form must reach the office of the Registrar latest by 27th April, 2009. Candidates may also download the application form from our website www.becs.ac.in and in this case, the application is to be submitted alongwith a D.D. of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, BESUS payable at Kolkata. Name of the candidate and form number are to be written clearly on the reverse side of the D.D.
Candidates seeking admission to Master of Engineering / Technology degree course in more than one department must submit separate application forms along with the requisite application fee for each case. However, application cannot be done in more than two programmes. In such cases, candidates must mention in each application form, the name of other department where they have also applied for.
Date of issue of application form: April 6 (Monday)
Last date of submission of completed application form: April 27 (Monday)
