Paper Submission
The submitted papers will be bind reviewed by three Program committee members. The submitted papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical soundness, significance and clarity. Papers should not exceed 8 pages in length. All the submissions must be original and follow the IEEE standards (sample paper of ieee format). Authors are invited to send one copy of full length paper at icm2cs09@mail.jnu.ac.in. All selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
After expert review, the authors may be asked to submit the camera ready copy(CRC). Copyright form must be submitted. Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings, only after receiving the registration fee.
