Project Based Industrial Training
(starting January 2009)
For MCA / B.Tech. / M.Sc. IT / BCA / B.Sc. IT
OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT BASED INDUSTRIAL TRAINING :-
The objective of project Based Training is to ensure that all the learning that has been done becomes relevant for the Industry as there is a huge gap between the academic learning and what is desired by the Industry.
Hence Project based training is important for a student to get hand on practice so that he may attain all skills required by the Industry.
ELIGIBILITY :-
Students who are in Final semester of MCA/ BCA.
Students from various Technical Universities, who are pursuing B.Tech , Where there is compulsory 6 Month Project based Industrial Training.
students who are Pursuing MSc IT / BSc IT.
students who have passed out of B.Tech / MCA/ MscIT/ BSc IT/ BCA and Wish to do skill enhancement training are also eligible for the training.
COURSE CONTENTS AND DURATION OF THE TRAINING
Total Duration : 300 Hours spread over 4/6 Months.
Course Contents : The Training Project Based Industrial Training will be on two technologies.
(A) .NET TECHNOLOGIES 2008 / Framework 3.5
(B) J2EE TECHNOLOGIES
The detailed breakup of the 300 Hour program is given below :-
.NET TECHNOLOGIES 2008 / Framework 3.5
C and C++ - 30 Hours
.NET TECHNOLOGIES/ FRAME WORK 3.5 – 120 Hours
RDBMS CONCEPTS – 15 Hours
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 5 Hours
PROJECT WORK AND COMPILATION – 130 Hours
COMMUNICATION CLASSES – 6 Hours
J2EE TECHNOLOGIES
C and C++ - 30 Hours
J2EE TECHNOLOGIES – 120 Hours
RDBMS CONCEPTS – 15 Hours
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 5 Hours
PROJECT WORK AND COMPILATION – 130 Hours
COMMUNICATION CLASSES – 6 Hours
