The institute level counseling for the remaining unfilled seats under OBC quota for admission to B Tech for the current academic session 2008-09 will be held on Friday, 31/10/2008 as per the following schedule at NIT, Jalandhar:-

1. OBC candidates with minimum cut off marks of 98 in AIEEE-2008 are eligible for counseling.
2. If seats are vacant after admitting all eliogible OBC candidates, those can be filled by eligible open category students.
3. Eligible candidates need to apply on a plain paper indicating the Name, Father's name, Mother's name, Roll No., All India Rank and Category

Admission Fee Rs.20250/- is to be deposited on the spot in case of admission, failing which the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in the merit
Counseling charges Rs.200/- to be deposited on the spot with the application.
