BJS 2008 aims at creating the IT Workforce 2008-2011. This workforce is a talent pool comprising of ready to deploy IT professionals with first hour productivity. To help create this talent pool, the 18th Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarships has a special offer for Graduates from all streams.
The highlights being:-
(1) 500 graduates will be offered 100% scholarships on select programs.*
(2) Graduates with appointment letters/provisional appointment letters will be waived the BJS aptitude test and allocated scholarships on the basis of their academic performance in select cities. *

NIIT Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarship 2008
The 18th Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarships are being offered across NIIT centres in India for Career Programs & New Technology Skill Enhancer Programs.
College students and Graduates from B.A./B.Com/B.Sc./BBM/Other recognised degrees and Engineering/IT stream are eligible to apply for this Scholarship.
Scholarships Details:-
(1) Merit-based scholarships of up to Rs. 40,000 based on Std. XII marks and performance in the Aptitude Test and Personal Interview
(2) Multiple career options through specialized Industry-Endorsed programs. Along with placement partnerships with leading IT and IT-user organizations
(3) Scholarships on Special Programs under GNIIT, Edgeineers(New Technology Skill Enhancers), Globalnet+ and Integrated ANIIT - Software Engineering for Engineering and IT students
(4) Special Offers on Integrated ANIIT and Accelerated ANIIT Program for Engineers, Select New Technology Skill Enhancers and Globalnet+
(5) Special fee waivers available for on the spot registrations basis meritorious performance in Std XII examination. Please carry attested copies of Class XII marksheet to avail of this offer.

Standard XII performance, Aptitude Test and Personal Interview
Eligibility Criteria:-
(1) Score of >=50% in Standard XII
(2) College students and graduates from any stream Diploma Holders are also eligible to apply for select programs
(3) Graduate Scholarship details -
(a) Select programs will be on offer in select centers Graduate performance.
(b) Std XII performance and other parameters will be weighed during scholarship allocation.
(c) The offer on appointment letters is available only in the following locations :-Delhi , Mumbai, Kolkatta, Hyderabad,Bangalore, Chennai.
