Dr. R.C. Sobti, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University has announced conferring of Medal and Cash Prize of Rs. 1/- lakh from Vice-Chancellor’s Discretionary Fund at the forthcoming Convocation of the University. The Award and Medal has been announced in recognition of the victory and honour which Mr. Abhinav Bindra has brought to the city and nation.
