About University: Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) University (formerly SGT Group of Institutions) was established in the year 2013 with the avowed objectives of pursuing the message of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji by serving mankind through the spread of knowledge and skills and by providing opportunities for higher learning & research in order to develop centres of excellence in all areas of learning.
The Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) Group of Institutions was conferred with the University status in 2013 but the seeds for its magnificent growth were sown way back in 2002 with the setting up of the SGT Dental College. From then on, institution after institution was added and facilities kept improving to ensure that SGT University emerges as a perfect destination for higher education in the country.
