Procedure For Submitting Application Form
The application for admission along with the required certificates/attested copies as detailed below should be addressed to the Govt. Principal, Industrial Trailing Institute, Chandigarh. The application form for admission is enclosed.
(i) A Self attested Photo copy of academic entry qualification Certificate and Certificate regarding proof of age.
(ii) Candidates claiming seats against reserve categories should submit self attested copy of the certificate issued in their name. Sample enclosed at Appendix ‘A’
(iii) Character Certificate from the Institute/School/College last attended. In case of Gap period the same can be had from municipal councilor/Gazetted Officer/Sarpanch as per Appendix “D”.
(iv) Recent passport size photograph is to be affixed on the application form at the given space.
(v) Candidates will submit both the forms either filled or blank form.
