As per decision of the University, Convocation Law Faculty is being organized in the Law Auditorium, Panjab University, Chandigarh on Sunday, the 28th April, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. The Rehearsal will be held on Saturday, the 27th April, 2013 at 3.00 p.m. in the Law Auditorium, Panjab University, Chandigarh. It is mandatory for the students to attend the rehearsal. Degrees will be given to the students who have passed LL.B. 3 years course, B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 year Integrated Course and LL.M. course in 2011 and 2012 from the Department of Laws, University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, PURC Hoshiarpur, PURC, Muktsar, PURC Ludhiana and Law Colleges affiliated with Panjab University i.e Rayat College of Law, Railmajra, Distt. SAS Nagar, GHG Institute of Law for Women, Sidhwankhurd (Ludhiana), Baba Kundan Singh Memorial Law College, Dharamkot, Distt. Moga. Rs. 200/- per student will be charged as registration fee at the time of rehearsal/convocation.
Those students who have already taken their degrees from the department are advised to submit the same in the department by 22nd April, 2013 if they are interested in taking the degree in the Convocation.
