Prospectus alongwith Admission Application Form shall be available at BFUHS, Faridkot, DRME office, SCO 87-88, Sector-40C, Chandigarh, GMC Patiala, GMC, Amritsar, Old DMC Ludhiana & Adesh Inst. of Medical Sciences, Muktsar on cash payment of Rs. 1200/- from 14.08.12 onwards. By post only from BFUHS, Faridkot on receipt of Demand Draft of Rs. 1250/- favouring Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot.
