Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication
Applications are invited from graduates (in any stream), within 35 years, for admission to the one-year PG Diploma Course in Mass Communication. There are 70 seats is through admission test. The date of admission test is 2nd September 2012. The list of successful candidates will be published on 14th September 2012. The admission will commence from 17th September 2012. Classes will begin from 1st October 2012. The course fee Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only), reservation of seats for SC/ST/PH will be as per rules. The adoption of new policy for reservation of seats earmarked for C.U./Non C.U. candidates may necessitate the formulation of a new mechanism for implementation of C.U./Non C.U. reservation policy. This new methodology, when formulated, will be notified.
Forms will be available from the Calcutta University Sales Counter on payment of Rs. 200/-from 23rd July to 31st August 2012. The Last date of submission of application form is 31st August 2012. The Application form and the other information can be downloaded from the official website of Calcutta University www.caluniv.ac.in. Downloaded application forms completed in all respects along with the proof of payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) by C.U.
