Dibrugarh University Post Graduate Entrance Test
(DUPGET) Session 2012-2013
Applications in Prescribed Forms are invited from the aspiring candidates for appearing in the Dibrugarh University Post Graduate Entrance Test (DUPGET), 2012 conducted for selecting candidates for admission to the following programmes for the academic session 2012-2013:
Master of Arts (M.A.) in – Anthropology, Assamese, Economics, Education, English, Geography, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Philosophy, and Sociology.
Master of Science (M.Sc.) in - Anthropology, Applied Geology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Geography, Life-Sciences, Mathematics, Physics and Statistics.
Master of Commerce (M.Com).
M.Tech. in Petroleum Technology
Candidates who have appeared in the Degree final examination and waiting for results are eligible for appearing in the DUPGET, 2012. Please note that for the candidates desiring for admission to the above programmes, appearing in the DUPGET, 2012 is mandatory. The DUPGET shall be held at the following Centres:
i) Dibrugarh University
ii) J.B. College, Jorhat
iii) Lakhimpur Girls’ College, North Lakhimpur
Application Forms for DUPGET along with the Information Brochure can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 300/- for Information Brochure and Rs.200/- for the Test) from 23.05.2012 to 15.06.2012 at the following venue:

Post Offices: Tinsukia HPO/ Dibrugarh HPO/ Sivasagar HPO / Jorhat HPO/ Golaghat HPO / Lakhimpur HPO / Dhemaji HPO/ Dibrugarh University BPO / Kamalabari SPO / Guwahati GPO (Meghdoot Bhawan).
