2 year LL.M - Maritime Law for the Academic Year 2012-2013

Eligibility and Admission Procedure:

1. The candidate must qualify the ‘APULCET (PG) ‐2012’ to be conducted by the University on 24th June 2012. Candidates must secure minimum 40% marks in the entrance test. For SC and ST candidates the qualifying marks are 35%. Qualified candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.

2. In addition, to be eligible for admission to 2 Year LL.M (Maritime Law) Programme, a candidate should have passed the LL.B. / B.L. degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability). The Candidates appeared/appearing for final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible subject to the condition that he/she should have passed with minimum prescribed marks at the time of counseling.

Eligible candidates, may apply to the Registrar, A.P. University of Law in the prescribed form, which can be downloaded from this website www.apulvisakha.org along with a fee of Rs. 1000/‐ (Rupees one thousand only) by Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of ‘Registrar, A.P. University of Law’ payable at Visakhapatnam and submit the same duly filled in within the stipulated time (04‐06‐2012) either in person or by post to: The Registrar, A.P. University of Law, Palace Layout, Pedawaltair, Visakhapatnam, 530017. The above fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
