Application form can be obtained from the Reception-cum-Enquiry office of the University from 15.07.2011 to 22.07.2011 on cash payment of Rs. 50/-. Last date of submission of application form is 22.07.2011 (up to 5.00 P.M.) in the Academic Branch of the University alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Registrar, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal (Sonepat). Date of physical counseling, declaration of result, fee deposition and admission will be done in the office of Dr. A.K. Gupta, Mechanical Engineering Department on 24.07.2011 at 10.00 A.M. onwards.

Counselling of NRI candidates for UIET and UICET will be held on 27-07-2011 at 10:00 a.m. at PEC University of Technology, Auditorium, Sector-12, Chandigarh.

Only the following categories or classes of persons will be eligible for admission against the NRI Quota and all admissions be made accordingly.

(i) Foreign nationals i.e. nationals or citizens of countries other than India who are not persons of Indian origin.

(ii) Persons of Indian origin who are citizens of countries other than India and hold the passport of the country concerned.

(iii) Children, i.e., sons and daughters of persons of Indian origin (who may, or may not, be citizens of countries other than India), provided they have resided in a country other than India for a minimum period of three years immediately preceding the year of admission in the University.
