Advertisement for Admission to Ph.D. Programme
Applications are invited for admission to Ph.D. Programme in Visual Art, University of Calcutta,at Govt. College of Art and Craft, Calcutta, 28, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kolkata 700 016. Candidates who have successfully completed M.F.A./ M.V.A or equivalent, should apply in the prescribed proforma by paying Rs.100/- through a challan obtainable from College Street Campus (Cash Counter).Proforma can be downloaded from College Website (www.gcac.edu.in)
The eligible candidates will have to appear in a written examination of two hours duration to be held in the college premises on Monday, 29.08.2011, (12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.) The list of successful candidates will be displayed in the College Notice Board on 06.09.2011. They will have to appear in an interview, the date of which will be notified on the College Notice Board. The final selection for joining this programme will be notified on 10.09.2011. The allocation of supervisors will be on the basis of this interview.
