1. 2. With reference to the subject cited you are advised to meet Sri V.Narsan, Asst. Registrar, in the Office of the Director, Student Services at Road.No.46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500033 on 11/11/2010 at 10.30 a.m. along with the following certificates in original & two sets of Photostat copies to get admission in to U.G Second year through lateral entry for 2010-11 Academic year: 1. Date of Birth 2. Intermediate 3. Social Category 4. Original Memorandum of Marks 5. Transfer Certificate.

After due verification of original certificates. if you are eligible for admission, you have to submit the admission application along with copies of certificates and Rs.2400/- prescribed tuition fee. All India Machine Tool Design and Research (AIMTDR)

The very first Conference of All India Machine Tool Design and Research (AIMTDR) was held in 1967 at Jadavpur University. Subsequently, it has been renamed as All India Manufacturing Technology, Design and Research (AIMTDR) and has been popular among professional circules as a unique forum for presentation and discussion of original research and development in the broad area of Manufacturing. The AIMTDR Conference, held once in two years, has always reflected the changing scenario in manufacturing and has provided the much needed focus for future growth. In view of its wide global acceptance, AIMTDR has been declared as International Conference since 2006. The 1st International & 22nd AIMTDR Conference was held at IIT Roorkee during December 21–23, 2006 while the 2nd International & 23rd AIMTDR Conference was held during December 15-17, 2008 at IIT Madras as part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations. The present 3rd International and 24th AIMTDR Conference is being organized by the Andhra University under the stewardship of Prof. Beela Satyanarayana (the first Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University from engineering discipline) during December 13-15, 2010.

43rd Annual Convocation

The 43rd Annual Convocation of Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University for conferring degrees is proposed to be held in the month of November/December, 2010 at the University Auditorium, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The exact date and time of the convocation will be notified later. All the UG & PG candidates who have qualified themselves for the award of degrees during the period from 01-06-2009 to 30-04-2010 (except 2006 admitted batch of B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering)) are eligible for admission into this convocation. His Excellency THE Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Chancellor of this University will give only the Ph.D. degrees by hand and others should take the degrees from their seats. Such of those candidates who have qualified themselves for the award of the degrees prior to 28th January, 1979 but did not obtain their degrees so far, may also submit their applications for admission to this convocation duly paying the penalty fee of Rs.1500/- in addition to degree certificate fee of Rs.800/- to become eligible to take their degree “In-Absentia” only.

Applications for admission to the degree should be made in the prescribed form and sent together with the receipt of the prescribed fee so as to reach the Registrar, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-500 030 not later than 12-11-2010.
