UGC Research Fellowships in Science for Meritorious students (RFSMS)
Applications are invited for Research Fellowships in the above scheme. The value of fellowship is Rs 10,000/- pm and annual contingency grant of Rs 6,000/-. Applications will be considered in the areas of research of the faculty which can be seen at the University Website www.uohyd.ernet.in and also at the school website http://sop.uohyd.ernet.in These are broadly in Condensed Matter Physics (Theory and Experiment), Quantum Optics and Laser Physics (Theory and Experiment) and Theoretical High Energy Physics.
The applications with full bio-data and research publications should be sent to the undersigned, so as to reach him latest by 26th July 2010. The interviews will be held on 28th July 2010 in the School of Physics at 2.30 PM. No TA/DA is payable for attending the interview.
Eligibility: Only the candidates who are registered for Ph.D in the School are eligible to apply. Merit will be the main criteria for these fellowships.
