Candidate may download the prospectus along with the application form from the ILBS website (www.ilbs.in). Candidate must ensure their eligibility from the prospectus before applying. Application form duly filled in with all necessary documents attached should be submitted in person or sent by post to the Assistant Registrar, Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS), D‐1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, 110070 on or before 5:00 PM of 19‐Jul‐2010. Application form must be accompanied by the application fee in form of Demand Draft for Rs. 2000/‐ (Rupees two thousand) only, payable at New Delhi, in favor of the “Director, ILBS, New Delhi”. Application fee once paid will not be refunded even in case of his/her application is rejected. The filled in applications received after the prescribed date and time shall not be considered. The Institute will not be responsible for non‐receipt of applications or delay in postal transit. In‐service candidates shall route their application forms through proper channel.
