Important Instructions
(a) The application should be submitted only OFF LINE after downloading application form through institute web site www.svnit.ac.in .The application form dully filled in all respect should be sent to ‘ The Registrar, SVNIT, Ichchhanath, Surat-395007’
(b) Candidates must submit the application and processing fee, Rs.1000/ - (for Open/OBC) and Rs.500/-(SC/ST) in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of “Director, SVNIT Surat” payable at Surat and required certificates as envisaged in the information brochure at the time of application. The original documents are to be shown at the time of counseling, in the absence of these documents, candidates will not be interviewed. Application and processing fee will not be refundable.
(b) The applicants can apply through out year after downloading the application form institute website. Those applications will be processed twice in a year. The applications received till June 30 and November 30 shall be processed in July and December respectively for admission in each year. The schedule for interviews of those applicants will be notified separately on institute website in the month of July and December.
(c) No separate interview call letter shall be sent to individual candidates.
(d) Policy of reservation will be adopted for the Admission as per the guide lines of the MHRD released from time to time.
