The prospectus containing eligibility conditions, domicile criteria, application form and OMR form can be obtained from the office of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Science, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/BC of Haryana) w.e.f 12.04.2010 Request for prospectus through registered post must be received in the office of controller of Finance on or before 28.04.2010 by sending a demand draft of Rs. 2050/- (Rs. 550/- for SC/BC of Haryana) drawn in favour of "Controller of Finance, Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak, Payable at State Bank of India, Pt. BD Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak (Code 4735) falling which the request will not be entertained
The application form complete in all respects must reach the Controller of Examinations Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by 3rd May 2010 upto 5:00 PM The application received late shall be rejected.
Date of Entrance Test: 30th May 2010
