The dully filled in application form be submitted by the said last date to the Dean of concerned Faculty. Application form can also be downloaded from the website and sent along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- The Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of MITS-FET, MITS-FMS, MITS-FASC, MITS-FJS as the case may be, on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (Code 10124) or Orient Bank of Commerce or Bank of Baroda payable at Lakshmangarh, or any Bank payable at Sikar.
