The 50% of the sanctioned intake for the above courses at affiliated colleges (List Enclosed) shall be filled up by the university on the basis of merit-cum-reservation under university quota. However, the entire sanctioned intake of PG seats in all the Government Colleges shall be allotted by the respective Government colleges.
Note:
1 The students seeking admission for the above courses under university quota in affiliated colleges shall submit separate application to the Chairman of the concerned PG Department at Main Campus, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. In case of M.F.A. and M.V.A. courses, filled in applications shall be submitted to the Dean, Faculty of Arts, Gulbarga University, Main Campus, Gulbarga.
2 The students seeking admission to the above courses offered at affiliated Government Degree Colleges shall submit separate applications to the Principal of the concerned Degree College. The selection and admission to such course , will be done at the respective Government Degree Colleges. More details can be obtained from the Principal of the concerned college.

The filled in application along with DD, towards the cost of application form, drawn in favour of FINANCE OFFICER, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga (towards the cost of application) should be submitted to the concerned Chairperson as indicated above.
