Eligibility

1. The candidate should have completed the Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream from a recognized university.

2. The candidate appearing in the final year examination can apply but the candidate must have secured minimum 50% (aggregate) marks till the previous year examination. However they must submit their graduation completion certificates till September 30, 2009 failing which they shall be de-registered.

3. The candidate having compartment in any subject will not be considered.

4. Having work experience is not a requirement for admission to the program. However candidates with work experience are welcome.

Candidates can also request for Application Form through registered post by mailing their request alongwith a DD of Rs.1100/- drawn in favour of Chitkara University payable at Chandigarh on the following address:-

Eligibility

* The candidate should have passed with 60% in 10+2 examination or its equivalent from recognized board / university with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subject.

* The candidate should have completed the graduation with minimum 60% marks in any stream from a recognized university.

* The candidate appearing in the final year examination can apply but the candidate must have secured minimum 60%(agg.) marks till the previous year examination. However they must submit their graduation completion certificates at the time of counselling. This eligibility criterion is applicable for students from both general and reserved categories.

Admission Notice

Applications are invited for admission to B.Ed (Arts, Commerce, Medical and Non - Medical streams) and M.Ed through ICDEOL from teachers serving in recognised schools of Himachal Pradesh. In case of B.Ed admission will be made on merit to be determined on the basis of marks obtained in BA/B.Sc/B.Com having two years teaching experience. The admission to M.Ed course will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test being conducted by HP University. The schedule of admission to B.Ed and M.Ed courses is under:
